Sundries and Housekeeping

**Please note Wapato Point Resort is a legacy resort and does NOT operate like a hotel. What does that mean to you? In short, a legacy resort offers guests an experience similar to staying in a residential property rather than a traditional hotel. Key differences include:

No Daily Housekeeping: Unlike hotels where daily housekeeping services are typically included, guests at Wapato Point Resort will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their accommodations during their stay. However, for an additional fee, special housekeeping services may be available upon request.
Limited Flexibility for Room Changes: Due to the nature of the resort’s accommodations and prior reservations, guests may encounter limited flexibility for on-the-spot room changes or other requests, which is a departure from the more flexible environment often found in hotels.

As the above list under “What to Bring” shows, guests are encouraged to bring along their own personal toiletry items to ensure they have everything they need to maintain their daily routines during their stay. Some basic toiletry items may be available for purchase at the resort’s front reception desk.

Boat Launch and Moorage

The Mill Bay boat launch is located just 1.7 miles down the road. After launch, you can store your trailer on the property in the boat/trailer parking area adjacent to the Wapato Point Resort Maintenance Facility. Storage is on a first come first serve basis. There are mooring buoys and docks on both the East and West sides of the Wapato Point Resort property. Moorage is included in your HOA dues and is on a first come first serve basis.
